Within 24-hours after completing the purchase, you will receive a Google Form to pick your base and describe the yarn you would like. Custom dye skeins may take up to 4 weeks to complete after submitting the Google Form. 

You acknowledge that  Thought To Thread reserves $15.00 per skein of your total payment to cover the cost of goods, labor, and processing. All additional funds are a voluntary contribution toward the capital cost of purchasing the Acorn Street Shop.
Refund Policy: Due to the fundraising nature of this OOAK product, all sales are final.
